Senior Citizen (65+): may ride Metro FREE any time. The (yellow or blue) Senior Citizen ID Card or Medicare card are accepted as boarding passes. Note: Seniors (65+) may not purchase a transfer when using Senior Citizen ID Card or Medicare card.
People with disabilities: using their own Medicare Card as ID, may ride Metro for ½ fare, or $1.00, any time except during peak hours on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 8:00AM and 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
People with a mobility related disability: may purchase a daypass for $1.00 with a special transit issued ID card. Eligibility forms are available online at www.lantabus.com or by calling 610-432-3200. To be eligible for this special discount, the mobility-related disability must be verified by a physician.
Those who cannot use the regular transit system because of a disability should contact Metro Plus at 610-432-3200 for information about special van-type transportations.

Transfers: Transfers may be purchased for 25 ¢ and are valid for 2 hours from the time of issue. Exception: Transferring to or from the Whirlybird or Rover requires full cash fare ($2.00) or use of ticket or pass. Transfers to or from the Silverline Express may be purchased for 25 ¢ and are valid for 2 hours from the time of issue.
Allentown:
Notes: The Daypass and the 31 Day Pass eliminate the need for change and transfers. LANTA/Metro Drivers sell tickets and passes. Please have exact change, drivers do not carry change!
