• If you are between 18 and 64 years of age, and
• If you have any disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and
• If you have proof of your disability from a physician or agency (or can get it), and
• If you complete, in its entirety, the registration form for people with disabilities.

• This is an 'advanced registration' door-to-door service.
• Hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• You must call 24 hours in advance (for a Monday trip, please call the Friday before or earlier).
• This is a 'shared-ride' service, meaning you will be sharing the van with others traveling in the same area at the same time.
• All CCCT vans are wheelchair accessible.

You may travel anywhere within Carbon County currently served by the CCCT Shared Ride Van Program. However, some trip times and destinations may be available solely on a very limited basis. You may need to be flexible in terms of when and where you travel. If a trip is not available when you want it, ask what times are available.

• Qualified participants receive an 85 percent discount on all rides.
• There is one flat rate ($2.40) for in-county travel: other fares vary depending on where you are going.
• All participants must purchase tickets in advance.
